The words “eczema” and “clothing” may not often be thought of at the same time. However, your choice of clothing can impact your eczema in rather substantial ways. Make sure your clothing is not too tight and try and choose items made from cotton. Don’t ever choose wool products. Be sure you wash all of your clothes in a detergent that’s mild, and be sure you rinse twice before wearing them.
